    Return Period
    You may return your Oro Nightstand within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns requested after this period may be subject to restocking fees.

    Condition of Product
    To qualify for a return, the nightstand must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Any signs of assembly, use, or damage may result in a partial refund or refusal of return.

    Return Authorization
    Before sending back your nightstand, please contact our customer service team at hello@oro-beds.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the product.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds will cover the purchase price of the nightstand, excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees.
