Return Period: You may return your Oro Bed Frame within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns requested after this period may be subject to restocking fees.
Condition of Product: The bed frame must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Any signs of assembly, use, or damage may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.
Return Authorization: Before returning your bed frame, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the product.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the bed frame, excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees.
Exclusions: Our 5-year material warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover defects resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, or commercial use. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for more information.
